TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. BOOKING AND DEPOSIT

A deposit is required to reserve a session date. If the deposit is not paid within 3 days of booking, the date will be considered canceled.

2. PAYMENT

The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.

3. PUNCTUALITY

Clients are expected to arrive on time for their session. Any delays will not extend the session time, and failure to show up will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

4. ONLINE GALLERY

Clients will receive access to an online gallery for photo selection within 3 days of the session. The gallery will be available for one week.

5. DELIVERY OF PHOTOS

Final photos will be delivered electronically within 4 weeks from the date of selection. Images will be provided in two formats: high resolution and web quality, in both color and black and white versions.

6. NO RAW FILES

Unedited RAW files are not available for sale or provided to the client.

7. ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS

Clients have the option to purchase additional products such as albums and prints.
